This high quality felt is also Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified safe, so it contains no nasty chemicals, making it perfect for your little one. It is also naturally water resistant and flame resistant, biodegradable and eco-friendly! Hair clips are packaged on a lovely display card and sealed in a clear bag, making it perfect for gifts.
